Mrs. radca prawny Karolina Baralkiewicz-Sokal will attend the conference of the Polish Wind Energy Association (PSEW) in Serock/Warsaw on April 24th – 25th 2013. Our Polish and German Lawyer Mr. Henning von Zanthier, LL.M. will give on 18th April 2013 on the conference “Priorities and challenges 2013 in healthcare” in Warsaw a lecture entitled „Cross-border telemedicine between Poland and Germany“. The conference will be organized by Polish specialist journal OSOZ and German-Polish Health Academy.

The 25th LAWASIA Conference will take place from 18th to 21st of November 2012 in Indonesia. “When the takeover goes wrong –legal consequences” is one of the main topic of the event, during which attorney Henning von Zanthier LL.M will be one of the speakers.
The 20th anniversary of the law firm will be celebrated at the end of October by the employees from Berlin and Poznań in Rome, the cradle of the continental European law.
Attorney Henning von Zanthier LL.M. has given on July 11th, 2012 in Berlin a lecture for public prosecutors from province Zhejiang, China, which were invited by the company RKWC GmbH. The topic was: „Consumer protection in Germany and the European Union“.
A seminar on renewable energy in Poland will take place on the 12th June 2012 under the auspices of the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Hamburg. Mrs. Magdalena Stawska-Höbel, a counselor from von Zanthier und Schulz, will give a lecture on renewable energy in Poland and will answer all questions related to the planned amendment of the Polish law with regard to this topic.
From 31st May 2012 to 1st June 2012 an annual assembly of DIRO members (an organization of lawyers from the whole Europe) took place. Mrs. Magdalena Stawska-Höbel took part in bankruptcy law workshops, whereas Mrs. Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal took part in labor law workshops.
The topic of this year’s Conference was in particular a discussion on ‘Pros and cons for the European sales law’.
