How do I send my cv?

Application documents (CV and cover letter) can be sent at any time to the following email addresses poznan@.vonzanthier.com or berlin@.vonzanthier.com. If the recruitment is assigned to a particular person who is conducting it, the information and the e-mail address of this person will be included in the respective recruitment advertisement.

What hours will I be working?

Our office is open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Poznan) / 9.00 to 18:30 Uhr (Berlin). We try to work an average of 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week, but we adjust our working hours to the tasks and specifics of the projects undertaken.

We are flexible – home office is very much possible, and starting and finishing work in other than standard hours (by arrangement).

Is home office possible?

Yes, home office is possible, liked and supported . Its size and formula are determined by general rules that are clear to all, and individually if necessary.

How good a knowledge of German or English is required of candidates?

We work with international Clients.

In Poland (in Poznań and Warsaw) fluent English is an absolute must have. We don't hide the fact that most of our work in Poland is in German. So, the better knowledge of German on your side, the better. However, if you don't speak German fluently - don't worry. We can help you improve your skills.

In our law firm in Berlin, fluency in Polish and German is a must have.  English is also welcome.

You will use all languages (Polish, German, English) in your day-to-day professional work, but also as participants and speakers during webinars and conferences. We are active members of international organisations and make active use of the opportunities they offer us.

Can I send an application even if there is no current recruitment for the position I am interested in?

How long does the recruitment process take?

If we are actively recruiting, we collect applications for 3-4 weeks. We try to verify and respond to them on an ongoing basis, but the response time may be extended if there are many applications. On average, we offer a meeting within 2 weeks, after which we make a decision and submit a cooperation proposal within a week.

If you send us your CV and cover letter spontaneously, the process may take a little longer.
