Professional Background
Henning von Zanthier founded the law firm in Berlin in 1992 with its main focus on business law in Germany and Poland. Since 1995 he has been the owner of the law firm in Poznań (Poland). After studying law in Germany and France (Diplôme Supérieur in Strasbourg), he was awarded the title Master of Law (LL.M.) in the USA (Tulane University). In 1991 he was called to the Bar in Berlin where he worked as a lawyer in a leading international law firm. Since 2009 he is the first non-Polish attorney (radca prawny) to be admitted to the bar in Poznań/Poland. From 2004-2009 he was a lecturer in Polish law at Freie Universität Berlin. In addition, he also lecturers at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań/Poland on the law of international sale of goods.

Łukasz studied law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). After graduation, he worked in one of the globally active so-called "Big4" consulting law firms, where he specialized in tax consulting in the international environment. Since 2007 he has been working for our law firm in Poznań. He is the head of the Poznań office. Since 2015 he has been responsible for the development of the Polish affairs of the firm and since 2017 equity partner. In his practice Łukasz advised relevant companies in the area of commercial and tax law, which have the total investment volume of several hundred million euros.

Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal studied law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. From 1999 to 2003 she was working for a variety of law firms in Poznań where she became proficient in handling non-national client accounts. After completing her legal training in 2003 she has been working for our law office in Poznań as an attorney at law. In summer 2004 she completed her studies in German law at the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and in 2009 her postgraduate course in environmental law likewise at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her areas of specialisation include labour law, with a particular focus on anti-mobbing, discrimination and the implementation of work-life balance principles, as well as support for international investors in complex investments in renewable energy sources (RES), primarily - wind farms.

Jan Muszyński graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a degree in law in 2012. After graduation, as a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, he received a doctoral degree in law at the University of Bayreuth. Magdalena Stefaniak-Odzieżmska is a graduate of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and the Poznań University of Economics. After graduation she was working in one of the “Big4” consultancy firms. After that she was several years teamleader in tax team in one of the biggest international consultancy firms, where she specialized in the tax consulting of foreign entrepreneurs, especially german mandators. Wojciech Paryś, a graduate of law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and philosophy at the University of Szczecin (bachelor's degree), attorney at law (PL); after graduation worked in law firms specializing in commercial consultancy. From 2016 he worked, and from 2019 he also led a legal advisory team in one of the largest international consulting firms specializing in legal advice of foreign entrepreneurs, especially German ones.  In 2019, he was certified as a lead auditor for ISO/IEC 27001 (information security).

Robert has participated in over one hundred different real estate transactions with total investment value of over one billion PLN. Robert advises several retail companies, development companies, general contractors and investment fonds building new shops, office buildings and logistic centres. Łukasz Błażejewski graduated in law from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), where he obtained the title "Master of German and Polish Law" (LL.M.). Since 2018, he has been certified as a sworn translator of German. In 2023, he completed his postgraduate studies at Łazarski University in Warsaw as a "Compliance Officer" with a very good result.

Paula Staszak-Urbańska graduated with honors law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and German-Polish law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), where she obtained the title of "Master of German and Polish Law" (LL.M.).
