Zofia Kwiatkowska

Zofia Kwiatkowska is a graduate of the law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has gained professional experience since the beginning of her studies in legal chambers in Poznań, where she focused on process law, with particular emphasis on swiss franc mortgage cases, company law and the procedure for obtaining trademark protection rights. Privately, she is interested in medical law.

At the VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI Law Firm, Zofia has been providing legal counselling on labour law, company law and civil and administrative court proceedings since 2023.

Above all, her work is based on pragmatism. Together with the clients, she is committed to develop optimal solutions, tailored each time to the individual needs of an individual.

During her studies, Zofia Kwiatkowska was awarded multiple scholarships by the Rector of the Adam Mickiewicz University for high academic achievement. In 2022, she studied at the Georg August University in Göttingen as part of the Erasmus+ programme.
In June 2024, she successfully completed her master’s thesis, "Medical pro futuro statements in Polish and German law".

She is currently pursuing her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.

What does a limited liability company “in organization” mean?

A limited liability company “in organization” is simply the first stage in the life of a new company—the period between signing its articles of association and its official entry in the National Court Register (KRS). From the moment the articles are signed, such a company can already operate in the market: sign contracts, purchase goods, incur obligations, or participate in commercial dealings. Once it is registered in the KRS, all its rights and obligations are “automatically” transferred to the registered limited liability company.
