Aleksandra Philips

Aleksandra Philips has been with VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI in Poland since the beginning of her career and in her day-to-day work focuses on VAT Compliance issues of foreign companies operating on the Polish market. She is also responsible for the Payroll of employees employed by foreign companies with neither a registered office nor a branch in Poland and supports both the office an its clients in the challenges of digitalisation of many legal an tax processes.

As an experienced VAT specialist, she focuses on ensuring the tax Compliance of foreign companies with the Polish VAT Act. Her priority is not only pragmatic advice that meets legal requirements, but also client satisfaction with the tailored solutions offered.

Aleksandra believes that a key element of good cooperation is close contact with the clients and a full understanding of their challenges. She strives to ensure that clients’ statutory obligations are not an inconvenience for them, but a matter that can be managed efficiently through good communication.

Aleksandra is a graduate of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder)/Germany and the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań/Poland.

In 2024, she started her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Poznań.
