Dr. jur. Jan Muszyński

Jan has combined academics and practice since the beginning of his career. Working at the firm since 2019, he specializes in international legal counseling in corporate, labor and compliance law.

In consulting, Jan combines his long experience abroad with his knowledge of business conditions in Poland, has led numerous complex projects for clients, is the author of numerous scientific journal articles and a speaker at specialized conferences and seminars.

In his daily work, Jan focuses on day-to-day support of clients in corporate law and transactional consulting. An important area of his work is compliance consulting.

Jan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. As part of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Scholarship, he worked as a researcher and obtained a doctorate in law in Germany at the University of Bayreuth.

Statistics and usage measurement
