Paula Staszak-Urbańska

Paula Staszak-Urbańska is an attorney at law who has specialized in labor law since the beginning of her career. She supports clients in every aspect of personnel management – from recruitment and hiring to contract termination and litigation. She also deals with issues of mobbing and discrimination, helping companies create a safe and friendly work environment. With a hands-on approach, Paula supports organizations in effective human resources management, looking after their interests at every stage of cooperation.

As an experienced professional, Paula regularly publishes articles on the blog, sharing practical tips and news in the field of labor law. She actively participates in shaping the corporate culture of companies through training and participation in branch events.
