Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal is a radczyni prawna (PL attorney-at-law) and successfully supports international companies (especially from the DACH region) in entering the Polish market, strategic development and ongoing business operations. Since the beginning of her professional career, she has worked in an international environment in smaller law firms in Poznan, where she advised clients (mainly German-speaking manufacturing companies from various industries) on the Polish market. The focus of her professional and personal attention has always been on people and the environment, hence her specialization in labour law and human resources as well as advice in the field of renewable energies, among others.

Karolina is pragmatic and takes a pragmatic approach to solving legal issues. She looks for solutions and shows how to implement them effectively. She also enjoys passing on her knowledge and therefore frequently conducts training sessions for the firm's clients on employment law, with a particular focus on European legislation for an equal working environment. Karolina is the initiator and co-organiser of the conference on this topic (www.praktycydlahr.pl) and a lecturer of the postgraduate course ‘ESG compliance in a company’ at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
