Karolina is pragmatic and takes a pragmatic approach to solving legal issues. She looks for solutions and shows how to implement them effectively. She also enjoys passing on her knowledge and therefore frequently conducts training sessions for the firm's clients on employment law, with a particular focus on European legislation for an equal working environment.
