Wojciech Paryś

Since the outset of his career, Wojciech Paryś has been engaged in the provision of advice to foreign companies or those with foreign capital ties, with a particular focus on investors from the DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Before joining VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, he gained experience at one of Poland's largest international law firms. Since 2019, he has also been a certified ISO/IEC 27001 auditor. Since 2021, Wojciech has been heading one of the legal advisory teams at VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI.

As of 1 January 2026, Wojciech has been promoted to Partner at VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, in recognition of his key contribution to the firm’s growth, consistent commitment, and expert knowledge.

Wojciech specializes in providing business law advisory services to medium and large companies. Additionally, he has contributed to various articles and books on commercial law, compliance, and M&A.

Wojciech places great importance on pragmatic legal solutions and clear communication with clients, as well as handling entrusted matters efficiently.

Wojciech holds a law degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Szczecin. He also completed postgraduate management studies at WSB Merito in Poznań.
