Wojciech Paryś

Since the outset of his career, Wojciech Paryś has been engaged in the provision of advice to foreign companies or those with foreign capital ties, with a particular focus on investors from the DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Prior to joining VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, he gained experience at one of Poland's largest international law firms. Since 2019, he has also been a certified ISO/IEC 27001 auditor. Since 2021, Wojciech has been heading one of the legal advisory teams at VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI.

Wojciech specializes in providing business law advisory services to medium and large companies. Additionally, he has contributed to various articles and books on commercial law, compliance, and M&A.

Wojciech places great importance on pragmatic legal solutions and clear communication with clients, as well as handling entrusted matters efficiently.

Wojciech holds a law degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Szczecin. He also completed postgraduate management studies at WSB Merito in Poznań.
