Success story Two paths to the same goal – how we helped foreign clients quickly start their business in Poland

Two paths to the same goal – how we helped foreign clients quickly start their business in Poland

Two companies, two different countries and one goal – to quickly start operations in Poland. Our team found effective solutions tailored to the needs of each company, enabling both to commence operations in a short period of time.

In recent weeks, our team has carried out two independent projects involving the registration of limited liability companies in Poland for foreign corporate clients.

This was not our first time – after all, we register companies on a regular basis – but in these cases, time was of the essence. Both clients wanted their Polish companies to be established as quickly as possible.

We were approached by two limited liability companies – one governed by Austrian law and the other by British law – both with the same goal: to establish a company in record time and be able to actually start operating in Poland. That is why establishing a company is one of several elements that need to be efficiently organized.

Each company chose a different course of action – and both achieved their goal faster than anyone expected.

The Austrian client decided to come to Poland and have a tailor-made partnership agreement drawn up.

The British company, on the other hand, carried out the entire procedure remotely and decided that the standard wording of the partnership agreement was sufficient for them.

In both cases, within a few days we coordinated:

  • A notary and a sworn translator,
  • Obtaining an apostille for foreign documents with a notary from the UK,
  • Obtaining PESEL numbers and electronic signatures for board members,
  • The process of opening a bank account.

We are not claiming that setting up a limited liability company in Poland is a legal Mount Everest. It is our daily work. However, it is rare for a client to be so pressed for time.

Thanks to our many years of experience, project work and efficient, goal-oriented communication, both clients were able to start doing business in Poland within a short period of time.

At our law firm, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We always tailor our actions to the client's real needs – we suggest solutions that have proven most effective in our practice, but we remain flexible and open-minded.

Because when time is of the essence, experience and good organization also matter.
