Labour law and HR Time for Equal Pay! Join us for the 5th edition of the “Praktycy dla HR” conference.

We are delighted to invite you to the fifth anniversary edition of the “Praktycy dla HR” conference, which will take place online on 26 November 2025. It is a great pleasure for us that, once again, we can meet with you—HR professionals, lawyers, and representatives of business, public administration, and non-governmental organizations—to discuss the challenges of today’s labor market together.

Why now?

This year’s event is held under the slogan: “Time for pay equality!” The theme is no coincidence — with the EU Pay Transparency and Equal Pay Directive, all organizations in the EU will soon be required to implement new regulations. This change not only clarifies pay-related issues but also genuinely supports building transparent and fair remuneration policies in companies.

What’s on the agenda?

As every year, we have prepared a substantive and diverse program:

  • Experts from business, NGOs, public administration, and labour law will share their experiences in preparing organizations to implement the directive.

  • During the panel “Let’s talk with experts about the challenges for organizations,” we will look at the practical implications of the new regulations and exchange best practices.

  • We will conclude the meeting with a topic that is raising more and more questions — the planned changes to the legal definition of workplace mobbing and what they mean for employers and employees.

Why attend?

“Praktycy dla HR” is an event that bridges theory and practice. Each year, we prioritize the exchange of knowledge and experience, so participants return to their organizations with concrete inspirations and tools they can use in their everyday work.

👉 The detailed agenda and registration are available at: praktycydlahr.com

Join us on 26 November — let’s build a fair and equal labour market together.

As a result, many companies import goods from China or other non-EU countries directly into Poland and then sell them on the Polish retail market.

What does a limited liability company “in organization” mean?

A limited liability company “in organization” is simply the first stage in the life of a new company—the period between signing its articles of association and its official entry in the National Court Register (KRS). From the moment the articles are signed, such a company can already operate in the market: sign contracts, purchase goods, incur obligations, or participate in commercial dealings. Once it is registered in the KRS, all its rights and obligations are “automatically” transferred to the registered limited liability company. Until this registration occurs, the company’s name must always include the phrase “in organization.”
