Current Inauguration of the Polish Business Club at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin
The inauguration of the Polish Business Club took place at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin and was attended by around 250 company representatives. The event sent an important signal for the further development of Polish-German economic relations and for Polish companies planning investment and expansion in the German market.
During the meeting, the Minister of Finance and Economy, Andrzej Domański , emphasized that Poland is the fastest-growing economy in the European Union. He also encouraged entrepreneurs to actively participate in the newly established Club, pointing to the importance of supporting Polish companies in foreign markets.

He highlighted Poland’s growing role as Germany’s trading partner and the need to ensure efficient information flow and institutional support for entrepreneurs.
Another important contribution came from Radosław Tomasz Krochta , CEO of MLP Group S.A. and Chairman of the Polish Business Club, who pointed to the potential of the German market for Polish investors. He emphasized that in many sectors the German market may be less competitive than is commonly assumed, creating real growth opportunities for Polish companies.

VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI was represented at the event by Henning von Zanthier . Our law firm was also invited to become a member of the Polish Business Club at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin. From the perspective of a law firm that has supported entrepreneurs in cross-border business between Poland and Germany for many years, this is a valuable initiative strengthening dialogue, the exchange of experience, and practical support for companies operating in both markets.
International expansion involves not only business opportunities, but also specific legal, tax, and organizational challenges. These include, among others, choosing the appropriate investment structure, entering into contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and the day-to-day operation of a company in a new market.
We would like to thank the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin and BGK for organizing the event and creating a space for discussion about the future of Polish-German economic cooperation.
