In her work, she combines expertise in innovation, marketing, and management with a deep understanding of the specific needs of international advisory services.
Anna’s professional background spans over a decade in the technology and consulting sectors, particularly within the start-up ecosystem. She has held managerial and executive positions, developing growth strategies, sales networks, and international partnerships. A graduate of the prestigious TOP 500 Innovators program at Stanford University and the Next Step Challenge accelerator in Denmark, she brings a fresh, entrepreneurial perspective to the development of legal services and a product-based approach to the firm’s advisory offering.
At VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, Anna leads cross-border projects, cooperates with chambers of commerce, and supports DACH-region investors entering or expanding in the Polish market. She combines analytical thinking with creativity and relationship-building skills — firmly believing that trust and open communication are the foundation of successful business advisory.
A laureate of the “Sukces Pisany Szminką – Businesswoman of the Year” award, she has been recognized for her innovative approach to business development and her contribution to empowering women entrepreneurs.
