Labour law and HR Equal Pay for Equal Work: Publication in Production Manager on the Pay Transparency Directive

Paula Staszak-Urbańska, attorney at law (PL), wrote an article for the industry magazine Production Manager, in which she discusses the Pay Transparency Directive.

The Directive of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2023/970 of May 10, 2023, aims to strengthen the application of the principle of equal pay for men and women for equal work or work of equal value. It seeks to eliminate the gender pay gap through the introduction of pay transparency and enforcement mechanisms. This aligns with our mission to counteract workplace mobbing and discrimination, which is why we are working intensively on implementing these principles for our clients and organizing education in this area.

The first implementations are already behind us, and we are eager to share theoretical knowledge supported by practical experience. The topic is highly relevant, and the implementation deadlines are approaching, so we will keep you updated on the progress of the legislative work.

Additionally, the meetings of the program council for our conference www.praktycydlahr.com have just started, where one of the thematic blocks will also be dedicated to this topic.

We invite you to follow our activities!
