Labour Law & HR PracodawcaPro (EmployerPro): Effective Implementation of Documentation in Polish Companies – Practical Approach and Benefits

On March 20, 2025, another webinar from the PracodawcaPro (EmployerPro) series took place. The topic was the effective implementation of group-prepared documentation in Polish companies. Attorney-at-law (PL) Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal, based on our practical experience with implementing pay discrimination prevention policies, presented how to pragmatically and efficiently introduce ready-made regulations and policies used within a group into local organizations, considering local legal and tax regulations.

During the webinar, we highlighted the benefits of such an implementation as well as the associated challenges. This type of project always requires an interdisciplinary approach, involving not only legal professionals but also HR departments and financial directors. Our case study analysis demonstrated that what may initially seem like a major challenge, when approached pragmatically, actually helps structure documentation within the organization and is a beneficial step forward.
