The planned abolition of the 10H rule may soon become a reality. The draft of the new Wind Power Investment Law, adopted by the Polish Council of Ministers, has reached the Sejm, where further legislative work is underway. It is estimated that the proposed changes will make it possible to carry out wind investments in an area 26% larger than before - it is therefore an opportune moment to take care of solid and well-thought-out lease contracts.
