We supported Ewa Blaszczyk's foundation "Akogo?"

We became involved in the initiative of "BusinessWoman & Life" magazine to support Ewa Blaszczyk's foundation "Akogo?". The attorney at law Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal,  partner in our law firm, gave an interview for the book "50 Business Personalities", in which she talked about the beginnings of her involvement in ecological projects and in promoting renewable energy sources, as well as about children's volunteering, in which she has been active for many years, and about the framework created by Polish law for charitable activities.

The premiere of the book, which took place at a gala event on 18 June in Warsaw, was accompanied by a charity auction, the proceeds from which will go to the account of the foundation "Akogo?".

Akogo?" foundation is a Polish non-governmental organisation dealing with systemic solution of problems of people in coma. It has realised a number of campaigns educating the society on the problems of people in coma. It initiated and developed, together with the Ministry of Health, the Programme of treatment of children in coma in stage B. The foundation "Akogo?" built the clinic "Budzik" - the first rehabilitation centre for children in coma in our country.
